I think I was charged twice. Can I get a refund?

Yes. Duplicate charges are refunded, no questions asked. Our checkout deduplicates by email, but if a second charge slips through (for example, paying with a different email or card), we'll fix it.

Send the email used at Stripe checkout, the approximate dates of both charges, and the last 4 digits of the card. Use the form above, or email us directly .

How long until I get a reply?

Usually within 24-48 hours on business days. Refund requests get priority.

Are you affiliated with Service NSW or RMS?

No. We're an independent practice site. For official information, visit service.nsw.gov.au .

Can you help me book my official HPT?

For bookings, results, or licensing questions, contact Service NSW on 13 77 88 or their website . We only provide practice materials.
